- Know your shade! If you've ever seen any of the jersey shows (jerseylicious, jersey shore, etc.) you have seen them go from pale white to super "brown" (more like orange) in a matter of seconds. How in the world does this happen? Bronzer. They take a bronzer that is ten times darker then their natural shade, and slap on a million layers all over their face. This is definitely not what you want. For bronzer you should know your natural shade and grab a bronzer that is maybe two times darker then your natural shade.
- Place it naturally! Back to the jersey shows, they pile their bronzer on all over their face to make them look dark. Well trust me, you do not want your bronzer placed all over your face, it definitely does not look natural. Place your bronzer on just the areas the sun hits your face, these areas would be the top of your cheek bones, the middle of your forehead, down your nose and on your chin.
- Just a layer will do! You don't need to pile on a million layers of bronzer to look super tan. Just take a powder brush and swipe two layers of bronzer on your cheeks, then a light layer or two on the rest of the areas the sun hits.

Beautifully Bronzed
Bronzer. It's something that some people love and use like it's their best friend, and other people shy away from it like it's a scary monster. Well, I'm going to give you some tips to show people that it's not scary and it can be there best friend, just don't go over the top either.
